Ohio Lottery Commission (OLC)

Advocate Consulting Group and Gassin, Huffenberger and Associates (G&H) assisted the Ohio Lottery Commission with the user acceptance testing efforts for the verification of the Video Lottery Terminal/Central Monitoring System (VLT/CMS) that will be installed at the Lottery’s on-line gaming primary data center.

ACG assisted the Ohio Lottery Commission staff and Gaming Laboratories International (GLI) with the verification of results and outcomes.  ACG was primarily responsible for oversight and assisted with work plans, scenarios and test scripts for the CMS testing.  ACG was also overseeing the compliance checklist, the balancing of reports, and the documentation of any findings based upon the overall acceptance testing results.

Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction (ODRC)

Assisted the Ohio Rehabilitation Services Commission with the development of a Request for Quotes for hardware, software and professional services (implementation, training, maintenance) for the ODRC Telephony Replacement Project.

Battelle Lottery Consulting Practices

AGC performed Independent Validation and Verification and white paper research assisting Battelle in their Lottery consulting practice. Assisted with British Columbia Lottery telecommunications and network architecture assessment study, Ohio Lottery white paper research on next generation Lottery network and RFP/acquisition consulting and New York State lottery requirements definition, Request for Proposal (RFP) development, evaluation assistance and acquisition support for an award in excess of 130 million for the implementation of a new statewide lottery network

NiSource Corporate Services Company

ACG performed a third-party, independent review of the architecture of NiSource’s new CTI / IVR system. Upon completion of the CTI /IVR independent review, ACG produced a Detailed Analysis Report which describes the methodology and work effort used to perform each of the tasks and how the conclusions in were reached and an Executive Summary Report that highlights the conclusions of each of the tasks.
